How to get a refund
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] or (385) 219-4488 with your order number. We reply within one business day with a return authorization number.
- Ship the products back (opened or unopened) to the return address below, with your return authorization number written on the package.
That's it. We issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show it.

What is refunded
- The full product price of every item in the order, including opened bottles and bags.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Auto-ship and cancellation
Orders are one-time unless you chose the optional auto-ship on a formula. Auto-ship ships one bottle and charges $94.94 ($84.99 + $9.95 shipping) every 30 days until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime, for any reason, online, by email at [email protected] or by phone at (385) 219-4488. There is no fee and no minimum number of orders.
- Cancellation takes effect when we receive it. No further auto-ship charges are made after that.
- Every auto-ship delivery has its own 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from its delivery date. If a renewal was charged before you cancelled, you can return it for a refund as described above.
